• All flowers and products are subject to availability.
• Due to seasonal and supply variations, we reserve the right to substitute flowers with similar items of equal or higher value without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual arrangements may vary slightly.

3. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Total price will be calculated at checkout.

4. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only upon full payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
• Payment is processed securely via third-party payment providers.

5. Delivery Options

Important: FVG Petal Palace does not provide delivery services. Customers are responsible for arranging their own courier service or opting for self-collection.

A. Customer-Arranged Lalamove / Own Courier

• The customer is fully responsible for booking the courier.
• The customer must ensure accurate pickup timing.
• FVG Petal Palace is not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss once the order has been collected.
• All risk transfers to the customer once the order leaves our premises.

We recommend selecting an appropriate vehicle type (e.g., car instead of motorcycle) to prevent damage.

B. Self Pick-Up

• Customers may choose to collect their orders from our store.
• Pickup time must be confirmed in advance.
• Once collected, FVG Petal Palace shall not be responsible for any damage or deterioration of the flowers.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Courier delays beyond our control
• Natural deterioration of perishable products after delivery
• Damage occurring after collection or courier handover

All content on this website, including images, logos, designs, and text, is the property of FVG Petal Palace and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
